Before you shower use a comb to loosen up the dandruff. Use Selsun Blue and massage it into your head well. It really works, I haven't had dandruff in 6 months since I started using it.

See a dermatologist. There's a lot going on up there. Weird stuff, that you an I haven't studied.

I suffered too many years from a form of dermatitis; much of it was caused by dandruff shampoos. The doctor easily and quickly said, Use this! and I did, and all was wonderful. Twice a week with H & S Intensive Care has solved everything (though other dandruff shampoos, even H&S versions worsen the situation.)

Your scalp problems are probably very specific. Just go to a dermatologist, get it diagnosed, and you'll hopefully put the itchiness behind you.

This sounds weird but WORKS. Buy Baby oil and douse your scalp with it. Use your nails to scrub at your scalp to remove all of your dried, dead skin. Leave the baby oil to soak for like 20 minutes, then you are going to need to wash it out about 2-3 times with regular dish soap to get out all of the oil. Then condition your hair and leave the conditioner in for a good 5 minutes before rinsing so your hair isn't so dry. Your scalp will be FLAKE FREE and white as ever, it will look so healthy! This is what I do about once a month or so and it works so well...good luck!

Use Selsan Blue (sp?). Make sure you get it into your scalp. Don't make your scalp bleed, but scratch it in so you can "feel" it. Also, make sure your head is dry during the day. Wet hair produces dandruff. Good luck!
