i work with this beautiful girl and like i always can make her smile whenever we talk but i can't tell if she likes me what are some other hints i could look for

Okay, you can look for hints all you want but the trick is to give her a huge hint that you are into her. She will catch it and react to it. If she suddenly is leading you on, she likes you. If she straight up tells you the "i just want to be friends" thing, you know to back off.

All people are different so flirting signals vary.
If she cant keep eye contact when you two chat, she may be afraid youll see that she "likes" you.
I hate to sound like I enjoy rumors ( dont like gossip) but, you may ask any of the other females she works around if she ever talks about you. (most women wait until the "cute guy" is out of earshot to talk about them).

she blushes alot, she seems to fidget alot with her hands, wants to get your attention and be close to you.
Ask her out, ask her what shes doing on the weekend and go out to a movie. make a move she might be a really shy girl who wont make a move and is waiting on you too. Go a head and do it.

First I will tell you not to mix business with pleasure...from experience. But, to specifically answer your question, body language. She should give you signs with her bodily reactions. If you do not get this then take a few social sciences courses. It will help.
