Couldn't tell you, but it's a great place, even the dirty streets of Ulan Bataar have a special charm. Mongolians are so exotic, they're like no other race, and very hospitable. Try to watch Julia Roberts trip to Mongolia on Discovery, it's wonderful, she's so happy, and so was I when I was there.
There are some great restaurants also in the capital, and loads of bars ( a must visit is Dave's English pub on Sukhbataar Square). and renting a jeep or off road bike is easy. Visit!!!!!!!!!!
