May not work with your husbands problem but my grandmother used to crush an aspirin into powder and cram the powder into the holes of the bad tooth but then I usually went to the Dentist soon after. Remedies won't fix the problem. Sorry, good luck.

Okay its going to sound crazy but try it frist......routate between rinseing with warm salt water and eatting ice cream.....depending on how deep you filling was it might take up to 1 month for the pain to go away....

Tylenol and heat. Then you better call your dentist first thing tomorrow. You probably need an antibiotic.

give the dentist a call on his or her emergency number or if no answer.....seek a dentist with an emergency number.
