If he's into you...he'll act like he's into you. He'll call you, suggest that you get together, etc. You can try this test: Do not call him or initiate contact with him for two weeks. (If you see him, absolutely be friendly and smile and chat as if nothing's going on, but don't suggest he give you a call, or mention getting together, or try to talk about "your relationship". Just talk to him like you would if you ran into any other friend.) If he hasn't called YOU in two weeks, then he's not that into you.

having to ask is definitely a flag. The best definitive answer i think would be to ask your partner for a night or so with just your buddies, and that they do the same. keep doing that for a week or so, not necessarily every night, but just see if they are like "sweet" time apart, or if they really want you around all the time.

he will find ways to touch you like brushing up against you or patting your back. he will also contact you in form of email phone, or writing you notes. if he is ignoring you find out if there is something happening in his life such as drama or a personal problem that he might have that is inhibiting him from spending as much time as he did before. it might not even be that he is not into you anymore more than he might have a situation that is stressing him out. if he continues with his ignoring behavior, after a couple of weeks kick him to the curb and move on.

Does he get upset if you don't see or talk for a while? Does he wonder what you've been up to? Does he seem to still care about your happiness? If the answer to any questions is yes, than he still cares.
