elevate your feet......... and unless you have some sort of lung condition I have no clue what swollen feet have to do with lungs........unless its Congestive Heart Failure then you need to be on medication and water pills as well as potasium supplements and possibly breathing treatments........

I have an idea......why not ask your doctor??

Elevate your legs to prevent water retention.

Water in Lungs does not have anything to do with Water Retention...i think....
Water in Lungs...Lie face down ...head turned to the side in an inclined position with head below the rest of the body... get someone to tab your back for a while.......
