If you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) almost anything can constipate you. Or if your lactose intolerant and you ate milk chocolate there is a possibility of constipating because of eating chocolate.

I think it depends on how much of it you eat and the type you eat (milk chocolate vs dark chocolate). I think it also depends on each individual. I once ate two whole bars of dark chocolate, had chocolate icecream and a brownie in the same day and all that happened was a realy bad stomachache (I was 10.)

Chocolate usually doesn't constipate you. How much cheese are you eatting? Eat a bowl of oatmeal -- it helps.
