i have a tv tuner and the software doesnt upload because the windows center edition..how can i work around??

Well right click the exe select compatibility mode and select the windows OS and options.
Either way run it in compatibility mode. You can also boot into safe mode via F8 before you see the windows screen when you start your computer.

Windows media center should work along with your tv tuner - that's what it's for.... unless there's something wrong with the configuration.
All you really have to do is X out of Media center - but I have a feeling it's not going to solve your problem.
