TK's answer is almost perfect.

The note is in simplified Chinese.

Mr. REBEN:

I pray that you recover soon!
I really hope that we can meet some day.

ZENG Yi-Chi Oct-3-06

(Zeng = Last name; Yi-Chi = I THINK it is a female name)

It's Chinese

Mr. Reben (先生 = Mr. or sir)

(It is my) wish that you recover soon!
-->Actually, TK's translation of this sentence is much better)

I really hope that we can meet each other in the future.

Zeng Yi Qi

P.S. You can take kandaphati's advice. Her answer is the best I have seen so far.

The note is addressed to 'REBEN'
'Wishing you speedy recovery
Hope we meet the day after'
and signed by, probably a lady, with the family name of Chan, Chen, Chiang or something close.
Hope this helps :-)

Why not just make it easy on yourself and copy the document to a blank word document.
Then follow these steps:
Click on tools
In tools click on Languages
In Languages click on translate.
C'mon, that was just too easy people!!
