I wrote a letter to this guy I like and i think he likes me , it was very deep and exactly how my heart feels. he is a tenant of my mums so he lives at the front he is 28 and i am 19.Everytime he sees me he smiles and goes quite he never knows what to say.when i sent the letter via msn he replied and said .. WOW!! I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY AT THE MOMENT .and i asked hima week later why hasnt he replied and he said his been busy in a really shy way . I think I put him on the spot.its really embarassing coz I live right next to him, but I really need to find out what he feels for me .otherwise I wont ever get over him .any ideas how to get a shy quite guy to answer me? and what should I say to him .. and do you think he does like me .. p.s he once sent me a rose on the net and sent me that song your beautiful by james blunt thanks guys ;)

Sweetie, he has already answered you. If you put your feelings out there and a week has passed without a response, then it is probably safe to say that he's just not into you in that way and he doesn't want to hurt your feelings by saying so. No guy is that shy or that busy when it comes down to something (or someone) he wants. And he is probably shaking in his boots right now thinking dear ol' mum is going to kick him out for hitting on her little girl.

That is a real winning idea, to meet up with a man ten years more aged than you, who, if he wanted a 'woman' would already have a dozen!
This is the common 'crush' talked about in every society on the planet, that doesn't work out well, for one who is older, 'wiser', will always denigrate the younger person, until the day comes that the despise of the naive youth, and jealousy over the youthful vigor, cannot be hidden.
Don't be embarassed, just let it pass. he isn't interested in a very much younger girl. Find a friend your age...

I think you need to not do anything anymore. Girl, he's 28. It doesn't matter how shy he is, you already opened the door for him. If he doesn't come in it's not because he's shy, but because he really isn't that interested. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be rude or ugly, it's just what's most evident from an objective perspective.

Don't wait too long suga. E-mail him one last time about his answer(or meet him in person) and make your decision from there. I don't thinks he likes you, he may be playing with your heart. Besides look at the age difference between the two of you.

He sounds like he likes you but is shy. Ask him outright (maybe via email) and say you don't want to bug him if there's no point. So tell him to be straight with you.

I think he likes you but doesn't mean he has feelings for you...suggest u stop daydreaming and betta think about ur homework :) one more thing, did u ask ur mom if he's married? this may be the reason he's shy :)
