i would like to clarify that i mean people that have black hair, like south asians and east asians mostly have, not the kind of hair that black people have (no offense to anyone, i apologize if that sounds racist, thats not my intention at all)

true black hair does not exist naturally. like the colors you see at the store that are jet black and onyx, all that is chemicals. i could get into a lot of detail about it all, but it's really not necessary. basically there is only three colors that make up the natural colors of hair. they are red, yellow and blue, yes the primary colors. anyways asians have more blue pigment in their hair than that of a blonde, but blondes still have it in theirs. if you've ever really looked at a true black color it has a slight blue tint, because true balck is mostly pigmented of blue.

No brunettes are a brown shade.
There is no name for Black but Black. There are just different shades of black. Ebony, Jet, Blue Black, Off Black.

Depends. Some dark hair is brown, and some is black, as in pitch black. My mother has black hair, and I would not consider that brunette. After all brun is brown in French.

Haha, my hair is naturally jet black. Random people ask me if I dye it or if it's natural. xD Hehe, I have no idea. My family is from southwest Asia. I think people with natural ACTUALLY black hair aren't that common in America, brunettes are. We're just classified as... black hair.

If their hair is truly a natural black I would consider them to have black hair. I wouldnt classify it as brunette.

P.S. That Paris chick up there is crazy.

I can't believe lots of people took your question out of context and are so offended. Anyway, I consider it brunette.

What the hell does "black hair is cute" mean? Anyway, our hair color is brunette. Some people have no clue, why answer a question you know nothing about. Must be desperate for points.
