I've found that some Christians claim to believe in Evolution. For those that don't, how do you explain how Moses could fit all of the different species of animals on his ark, unless they changed over time? How did fossils and types of animals get on Australia; all of the different species unless Moses put them there? How could Moses do that? I mean there was only one of each animal, so they would have to reproduce and then be put on Australia. Also, how come different species are found on Australia that don't exist on the rest of the continents? Wouldn't they have ceased to exist after the great flood? How did they get there afterwards, not to mention how did Moses get them onto his ark? What about dinosaurs? Why did they exist hundreds of thousands of years before man and any other species of animal? Why did they disappear? Did god realize he made a mistake and killed them all?

How can you actually believe these ridiculous stories?

For Earl D, do some research. After the Human Genome project was finished, they disovered that we humans are so alike that it is almost amazing. Also, the color of a persons skin is related to the pigments in the skin. This makes almost no detectable difference in different races. Actually their are whites and blacks that have more simliar genes than whites and whites. Skin color has nothing to do with who is superior to another. If anything dark skin would be better because it withstands more damage from the sun, less chance of cancer... Hitler was dead wrong, blue eyes are more suspetable to poor vision and problems than dark eyes. So much for superiority.

How about if we compromise on the name and call him Noses. Anyway the bible does not say that he put one of every species in the ark. For example he did not have to put in a lion, a tiger, and a leopard. Just a couple of cats. We do believe in micro-evolution, that is that a cat could over time change to other types of cats. We do not believe that some lifeless matter sudeenly came to life by coincidence and also by coincidence ahd the ability to reproduce and by still further coincidence had the ability to draw and utilize nutrients from the surrounding environment. Nor do we believe that a continuous series of coincidences lead to those cells developing into you and I. That is macro-evolution, the theory that animals can change into completely different animals.
The world at the time of Noah, I mean Noses, was very different. So it is possible that animals were able to cross for a short time afterward to places like Australia. Later they became isolated. Micro-evolution explains the variation. The average size dino was about the size of a horse. hey would have fiy very easily. As for the idea that dinosaurs died out 65 million yrs ago, they have recently found blood tissue inside fossilized bones. Scientist had said that the longest possible time that this type tissue could exist was 100k yrs. Now they found it in a t rex that was supposed to have been dead long before. They then checked other bones and it was present there also. So much for the 65 million yrs. Usually when they date bones they do it by dating the surrounding dirt or rocks. Recently they dated a lava flow at 5 billion yrs old. The problem is that they know from recent history that those flows were formed in 1954. OOPS So When you say ridiculous stories, I wonder the same thing about you guys.

PS sorry about the noses thing. just having fun.
Blessings

First of all Evolution is a non pr oven theory. All Theory's have been retracted. Second of all a belief system is a belief system. If you can not prove a theory right or wrong then it most likely is right until capable of being pr oven wrong. That is how most scientific theories are made when they cant be pr oven right or wrong they are considered right until pr oven wrong. Second of all there was 3 stages of man noted in the bible thus offering the belief of evolution and it is be lived by scholars that the Garden of Eden passed Dino sours. You can not prove nor disprove this. Also these stories don't offer much to be honest being a christian is a lot more about just being a good person and not the factual so if your trying to disprove a religion maybe you should look at it not from a scientific belief as religion is a metaphysical belief. Look up the Mind Vs. Nature Controversy why would Humans possess the inner mind. Why would only humans have the traits and ingenuity. Get a life and worry about things that you can explain.

They're no harder to believe than evolution.

The same problem applies to both.

How did Blacks, Asians, Brown Skin, Semites, Whites come in to being?

What, different monkeys. We ARE different spieces.

Remember Only Black get Sickle Cell Animia, only Jews get Ty Shacks and only White get Acne.

Now, what, you're saying we are different "animals" and that people who inter marry are mixing breeds, like German Shepard and Rotwelier.

That the resluting babies are mutts

That Hitler's apraisal of the races is correct.

Your evolution does no say we are all brothers. It says we are drastically different. We are differen breeds.

Now, get Black and Mexicans and Chinese to go along with that concept.

We didn't not all evolve from the same parent family. We are differtent. Cousins, maybe, but not brothers and sisters.

With a God, or Sky Daddy, as some Atheists like to refer to him. Anything is possible. God waves a hand and people become black or white or brown or chinese.

Also Adam and Eve may have both been semites and their descendents wandered into other lands and these offspring evolved in different settings, such as the cold North, the Hot south.

How come the Shark has remained basically the same since prehitroic times while everything else evovled.

Lots of holes in evolution.

Starting with the explainations for black, jews, white, chinese and their SPECIES distinct illnesses.

If evolution is correct then no all men are created equal, some may be more equal. We have to look at the genetics and see which has the better chomasones...

The answer is really so simple Noah took 2 of every " Kind" of animal into the ark male and female that exhisted and seven of certain ones and since he was doing Gods will Noah could easily have done it and after the flood all species that were not on the ark that were land or airborne became extinct and as for the dinosaurs they died off long before mankind was on earth it is believed a meteor strike and an other catastrophic event hastened their demise long before man came on the scene remember the ice age also GOD NEVER MAKES A MISTAKE WE HAVE THE SOLE LOCK ON THAT VENUE DOES THAT ANSWER THEES ISSUES YOU HAVE ALSO REAL CHRISTIANS DONT BELIEVE IN THIS FANTASY CALLED evolution it is an unproven theory a baseless opinion with no factual basis real Christians believe in Gods word the Bible Gorbalizer

If you are talking about the litteral definition of evolution "change in the gene pool of a population from generation to generation by such processes as mutation, natural selection, and genetic drift." then definitly. There is ample evidence for that. However, I believe that God created the world. How it has changed from then till now is all microevolution. I don't believe that humans decended from apes.

yep. i believe in evolution.
i see no reason why science and christianity can't get along.
the christian belief is that god made man 'in his own image', but it doesn't say what that image is like. who are we to say that we won't go to heaven one day and discover that god looks like a lizard or some totally weird creature?
and i have questions for you... what does moses have to do with the ark? and since when did NOAH only take 1 of each kind of animal?

I don't evolution as far as the way scientist believe the world begun but I do believe that living beings are built to evolve according to their environment and this is the way God meant for it to be in order to survive over time.
