yes I do, I am not brainwashed, I know that God created me and sent His Son to save me. I choose to believe in God. I believe that He created the heavens and the earth. I believe I am going to heaven and feel sorry for those that don't believe. What a sad life, no hope. Jesus is my Blessed Hope.

i see the non believers are out in force tonight. heres a true story for you. in 1994 my son passed away from a heart condition. i was angry at the world and at God. a week later while walking around outside i looked up at the sky and said "ok God, if he is in heaven with you i want to see a cardinal right now" (that was january, no cardinals around) 2 cardinals landed right in front of me, a male and a female as though they had no fear from me. i have never doubted God or Heaven since that day. Both are very real. not everything needs to be scientifically explained. some things are beyond our current ability to scientifically explaine. Some answers we wont know until we are in the next world. Heaven is one of those unexplainable things in life.

Yes!!! Why,.. because I choose to believe in it, because I trust the intelligence and imbalance that science has with religious claims, but STILL choose to believe in it. I want to believe in it, cause believing in it allows me to pardon my own errors, and mistakes, it allows me to improve myself and find some other place, (mystical, magical, or stagnent ending) as being more then Earthly. It's my hope for a better world, its' my hope to reconnect with loved relatives, its' my only true offering of any understanding of things that I don't. I recognize that I'll die, and even if science prevails and proves believers wrong, I've been blessed to have a choice and to not be coerced in what I chose to want to buy in to. I don't believe it's some great big cloud of cherubs and angels, dancing around all day eating fruit from the Garden of Eden, but I chose to believe what I imagine I want to believe, and that's the inspiration I have each day, that gets me by, in understanding society, unjustness, unfairness, inequality, stupidity, ignorance, unexplained actions, and cruelty. It's not what I subject anyone else to buy into to, but it's what helps me get along daily, . some glimmer of hope,, something, anything,, that gives me a standard of achieving my utmost and living a kind hearted life.

Regardless of claims of if its' real, the truth is many believed in Santa, and the tooth fairy, without scientific claim... we just did, we wanted to,, same principle and theory,, oh I'm not a religious zealot ,, by far, I want to believe so I do.. it's that simple, and if I'm wrong, then so be it, I wont' know the difference, so no harm in believing right?

just be a good Pearson and do not harm others ! and that is good no harm to be like that so if there is heaven or not we did a good thing.

yes I do, it may come from just growing up in a Christian family, but I don't think so. I truly believe that we will go to heaven or hell, and the reason is if you look at the disciples they died in some of the most horrible ways possible, and why would you die like that if you know that it was fake, they saw him walk on water, they knew he died, they knew he rose again, and they saw him ascend to heaven. and there story's didn't all match word for word, if they had don't you think that would have been suspicious? they had there own views, there own feelings, and they shred them. and my dad is my inspiration for never giving up, he's a good Christian, he doesn't go to church but he's got a reason, he feels like there fake, all the praise God praise God during Sunday and yelling screw you on weekdays, but my dad never gave up his faith and has taught me through example that I can drink but not get drunk, date a wrong guy, but learn from it, and that no one is past Gods love, my dad did cocaine growing up, from about 11 to 20 some, and he seemed so far past help, but God still got to him. but I'm rambling now, so I hope I helped. by the way I'm 14, in case that helps you in some way.

That's hard to answer, but I am hoping that there is, but from a logical or scientific angle, it doesn't seem possible. When a person gets to a certain age, no matter what they thought before and they begin to reach the end of their life, they want there to be something else beyond death. But how are we to really know? That is why we have belief in God.

Yes i do because I believe whats in the bible is true. I just cant fathom that this is it here on earth. That's just depressing. I'd rather believe that there is a place where every body is loved and has no worries. Just my opinion.
