Am glad you have realised that thing is wrong. First all Our God is able, I must tell you as long as you continue to cry out to Jesus, you are going to overcome it.
1. Pray and fast about it.
2. Avoid being with a woman alone or a situation that lead you to that. Becuase you kill something by not feeding it.
3. Do not be frustrated, the fact that you want to overcome this shows you are on the right path and God is glad.
4 Pray for the HolySpirit so that He can help you, God knows you can not do it alone thats why He sent Jesus to die for you.
5. GOD has not givenup on you, keep fighting, He just needs you to be more willing to run from this thing.
6 Pray the Word like Philiipians 4:13.
YOU WILL OVERCOME , do not worry, stay in Jesus!
