Look for Speed Graphic or Koh-I-Nor at http://www.dickblick.com You can get permanent ink felt tip markers down to 0.1 mm in diameter.

I can't get their site to work right now, but hopefully it is a temporary problem. Maybe Staples has them. I use "Industrial Strength"Extra Fine Sharpies for some things, but they are about 0.5 mm or so... They are quite permanent.

Use a Sharpie felt tip. They have a bunch of different tip sizes and colors. Get 'em at Office Depot or Walmart.

Well I'm sure the best pen would be a sharpie.
