Hi I am going on vacation in five weeks I weigh 140 and would like to be 125 any ideas ?

Well a healthy amount of pounds to lose in 5 weeks is 10 pounds max. That includes burning atleat 500 calories a day and cutting your calorie intake by 500.

Hard work!
Try doing cardio atleast an hour a day and watching what you eat. If you feel to over exerted stop..take a break... then go again. I don't know what kind of shape you're in but you don't want to kill yourself. Don't eat any dairy products and try to watch your carbs and sugar intake. Also, the more you increase your heart rate and sweat the more calories your body will burn.

That depends on a lot of different things such as matabolism, height, body type, genetics, eating habits, exercise habits, etc. I'm sure people get tired of hearing it but you may want to consult your doctor for weight loss ideas for safety. It's 15 pounds if your consistant and really gungho about I'm sure you can pull it off. Good luck.
