Adequate nipple stimulation will lead to the release of the hormone prolactin (from the pituitary gland in the brain). Prolactin, in turn, causes the breasts to produce milk. (A baby suckling keeps its mother's milk supply going by stimulating prolactin release).
Unfortunately, a tumor of the pituitary can also cause prolactin release, so if you have milk coming out, see your doctor!

YES U CAN PRODUCE BREAST MILK AT ANYTIME BECAUSE U HAVE SOMETHING IN YOUR BREAST CALLED A MILK DUCT BUT DONT TRY PRODUCING IT TO LOOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE IT WILL FAIL AND YOU WILL START HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR BREAST

NOW IF THEY LEAK CONSISTENTLY ON THEIR ON THEN FINE BUT DONT FORCE IT

IT SMALL PORTIONS OF FOOD WHETHER U GET FULL OR NOT AND DRINK WATER
GET U A SMALL TASTE LIGHT BITE DIET GOING IN U WILL LOSE WEIGHT BEFORE U KNOW DONT STARVE JUST TASTE ALL YOUR FOOD NOT LITERALY BUT SMALL PORTIONS NOT A BIG DADDY PLATE

DONT START NO CRAZY EATING DISORDER JUST GET DETERMINED AND EAT RIGHT.

BEING THIN AINT NOTHIN IF U DEAD
AND THE DIFFERENCE BETTWEEN EATING SMALL PORTIONS AND STARVING IS THAT THE SMALL PORTIONS GIVE YOUR BODY ENOUGH TO LIVE OFF FOR THREE DAYS
BUT NOW IF ITS VEGETABLES EAT AS MUCH AS U WANT
BUT HEAVY FOOD LIKE STEAK,PIZZA,CHOCALATE,MILK SHAKES,DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS, ALL THAT MESS JUST BITE AND LET GO
MATTER DONT GET

GOOD LUCK

THE ONLY TIME U WIN IS WHEN U ARE DETERMINED BECAUSE SO MANY THINGS IN LIFE WILL TRY AND CAN STOP U

GET GOING
YOU'LL WIN
. BIG HUG!!

It is not milk rather preculusrum mucus. You would need a rx medication to induce the hormones necissary to produce a milk supply.

Yes you can, used to be wet nurses all of the time in past centuries that fed the babies of the well to do, women can and do produce milk without pregnancy, though it is uncommon. Even more rare, but possible, guys can lactate too.
