he wouldn't have a chance to do that to me... if a guy was to come at me to bite me like that and i couldn't stand him...i'd knock some sense into him!!!

hell, yeah. Not only is it wierd, but it's also disrespectful and guys that truely like you, would not do things like that and instead just wait for you to become his love/girlfriend before he thought about touching you that way. especially if he's doing in class infront of people and the teacher. he does not like you, or else he wouldn't want you to look like a skank infront of your teacher and classmates! you letting him touch you like that, only gives him more permission to disrespect you. Its also sexual harassment,
and you might be a little strange yourself for letting him get away with it.
tell him to stop! when I was a kid, a boy that sat next to me in class liked me so he started rubbing my thigh, so I got up(while the teacher was lexuring) and slapped the **** out of him, then told him to never disrespect me like that again!
