Here's Help.

If this is one sentence, it should not have question marks in the middle. If this is two sentences, they are both incomplete sentences. Sentences should start with capital letters. Your verb form is wrong, and "evry" is a misspelling. To end your sentence with a prepositional phrase can be awkward (i personally would suggest a rewording). If this is intended to be one sentence, I wouldn't use "if" in this context (unless you intend the sentence to be a subjunctive)

try this:
Is it normal for my cat to micturate on the carpet every time?
-or-
Would it be normal if my cat micturated on the carpet every time?

ANSWER to the Question: No, I don't think it is normal.

No, it is not normal for a cat to micturate on the carpet. For those of you who do not know what this means, it means to urinate. This may indicate a serious health problem for your cat. Your cat may have a UTI or struvite crystals in its urine. If your cat is a male, this may also lead to complete obstruction of its urethra. This is potentially life threatening. I would make an appointment with your vet right away. Also, if you are not keeping up with changing the litter box daily, your cat may just be refusing to use it until you clean the box.

If you meant pee, no it is not normal, where do you have the litter box?? BIG THING. Normally cats love litter boxes, and will always go there. But not next to their food or water. Think about it, would you XXXX, where you eat and drink?
