I gave them a check which was set to go through within 30 days from now, but I canceled it. I didn't take the car off the lot because, I was trying to get insurance. Later on, I realized that it was out of my budget. So, I contacted the manager and told him I couldn't afford it, he said that it was fine, and that they would cancel the transaction. I am also, sending certified letters requesting that they put that in writing. Does any one have any links to Florida law that would help me on auto financing contracts? If so, I would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks

basically do no longer settle for the 'new vehicle'. call the broking and say you have replaced your ideas. era. Your previous vehicle remains you vehicle. you have no longer signed over the previous vehicle to the broking, nor have you ever signed transport for the 'new vehicle'. The broking will 'hem & haw' and 'shop on' like a lunatic, threaten you with sealed contracts, criminal subjects, own loan default, etc. forget it. you have and the broking have lost or won no longer something different than a loss of time. good success.

totally depends on the state, in Oregon, once the vehicle hits the pavement off the lot and everythign is signed, it's over with.

Good luck, you might be ok.

You have three business days to void any contract for any reason or for no reason at all, even if you simply changed your mind. After that, it is up to the descretion of the parties involved.
