You should go directly to his boss...the principal or dean. If this doesn't help go to the school board. You have the right to not be threatened at school, he or she should lose their job for hitting a student, the courts outlawed corporal punishment in schools a long time ago! You can also have them arrested for assault...I hope you have proof.
