I do realise that the chair would then be obsolete, but suppose thats progress, and it would cut down jail breaks.

I'm guessing your a yank.

In the UK we dont have the chair as we dont see the need to kill people. Its called being a civilised country.

Also no prisons dont need electric fences, to create a large enough voltage to have people frazzle on them would be impossible to maintain. All you could do is give them a bit of a shock. Plus the fire risk would be massive, not to mention the cost of producing that much elec. Also have you not heard of earthing? It would take someone about 2 mins to do and make the fence pointless.

Just build a big ar*sed wall like everyone else. And how many breakouts do you have? the UK has had 1 in 20 years, they were captured within 6 hours. Maybe you should watch less tv

I think the razor wire, concrete baracades, more razor wire, officers with rifles, tear gas, and shotguns, and K9 units on grounds do just fine. Not a lot of high security prisons have a problem with escapees.

Most jail breaks don't happen by someone jumping the fence at correctional institutions (ie, where there are nice, big fences). They happen most at Work Release Centers and Work Camps/Road Prisons (ie, where there's no fence).

If you intend to learn to end any kind of violence the you should have this system of Bruce Perry, Patriot Self Defense , an application that you merely will get it here https://tr.im/btICr
Patriot Self Defense will coach you on a highly successful self-defense program that's been field-tested in domiciles, at government events and on a number of the meanest streets in the world against the absolute most callous, clever and dangerous criminal.
With Patriot Self Defense you will see out that is much simpler then you estimated to protect your self because you never need to be a specialist or have strength, you only have to know how to do certain movements, simple techniques but deathly.

They should have stocks and a public viewing of punishment for those who break the rules. Prison should be punishment, no away days, no tv's, no pool tables. Theirs jobs that need to be done in society which they could be doing. This regorm the charecter cr*p doesn't work. When they come out they should be scared of breaking the law because they are scared of going back inside.

Yes, but there's a catch: police officers risk getting electrocuted so fences need more sensitised alarms as well as devices which will electrocute escapists before they go any further. (with the help of cameras of course).and I think some parts of the prison system need redecoration eg.more flowers and more colourful exhibits to make the prisoners feel at home so they won't need to escape.

Yes, i really would feel better knowing it would be harder to escape. I really don't feel safe knowing it is so easy for some killer or rapest to be able to be in my back yard or even break in my home and just kill us all.

Cruel and unusual punishment. Stick with razor wire. Works great.
