Please forget about getting meds online or by phone! I did it and it is usually a scam. I received fake medication.
It's not worth risking your life. Plus it's usually very expensive. I don't have health insurance either. But I have found if you call around, most doctors will be happy to give you a discount. My regular doctor only charges me $40 and my Psychiatrist charges $100 but she always gives me free samples and refills as long as I see her every few months.

You can't! It's against the law and unethical for a pharmacist to give you anything without a script. And don't trust the on-line stuff, they're finding more and more crap dispensed and not the real thing.
