Yes you can. You can colour hair grey. They sell grey hair dye in the stores.

Alternatively, I guess you could bleach your hair partially. That would make it look grey.

the easyist way to achive hair that looks grey is to bleach the part that you need grey, bleach it as light as you possiably can, then use a blue based toner such as Redken Slate...it will give the bleached hair a grey hue if its really light.

how it works:
It is designed to cancel out the orange(brassiness) in highlights....so if there is no orange in the blond highlites it will leave a grey hue
