Yes. Why should it matter?

Yes, I would vote for Mit Romney. People made a big deal about JFK being Catholic in the 60s but a persons religion should not determine if they can be President or not. I believe that a President should be elected by merit, and morals.
I'm guessing a person who would not want a Mormon for President would rather have an immoral person, than a Mormon. The two people who have the best chance for 2008 (Giuliani and Gingrich) have both had very public affairs, Clinton had an affair (and lied under oath about it), but some how that is more favorable than a person who is Mormon. I don't get it.

Yes and yes. And definitely a Mormon. They run their Church well and are for the most part law abiding, moral, and compassionate. I would like to see more LDS politicians and I would love to see an LDS president.

Yes I would vote for someone of a different religion - I pretty much have to - I'm agnostic. A Mormon though.....I don't know. A Mormon would definitely be anti-gay rights, and anti-abortion, and I can't vote that way.

Yes, I have in the past and I would again, as long as the candidate is committed to the separation of Church (or any other place of worship) and State.

Being Pagan, I always do.
As for Mormons, it would depend, but I wouldn't vote for Mitt Romney (the Mormon governor of Massachussetts who wants to run.) He tried to roll back same-sex marriage, and I happen to be same-sex married. Also, he's as tax-and-spend as any Democrat ever.

Ideally, I would vote for only atheists and agnostics. However, I am sometimes forced to vote for others. I will only vote for them if I am sure that they are completely devoted to SECULAR government.

"Stud?"
Does that mean your candidate must be male? Sorry. My sense of humor gets in the way sometimes.
