I have no visible reason for my skin hurting, no injury. Just hurts on back and now the front thighs.?

Started after a fever 3 wks ago! Prehaps i am crazy!

Please see a doctor today, it sounds like cellulitis, which is a very serious infection. Don't wait, call now, get in there now, if the doctor cannot see you today, go to the emergency room.

See the Doctor...it could be a lot of different things and it sounds uncomfortable!

i need more data :
is it on both thighs or one?
mainly front or back?
any associated backache?
are you obese?
continous pain or on & off?
any changes in bowel or bladder function?
