Yes I did and she was 45 but looked about 60...she had sent me pics of her that must have been taken over 20-25 years ago and when I first saw her in the airport in person, I felt like running away or trying to find a wheelchair for her and I had to spend a whole 8 days with this "Sea Hag".....it was awful! My daughters kept saying ewww or making the gag gesture but I still tried to make the best of it since looks aren't everything and this woman was good to me before that and I fell in love with her and not the face! She spent half the time putting make-up on which didn't help much either and her hair looked like a bird's nest and what's funny, is that she thinks she's good looking!!! That's laughable!!!! What's even more funny is she said I was ugly....that's like the pot calling the kettle black...I'm not the best looking guy in the world but beggars like her shouldn't be so choosy!!!! Feel sorry for the next "Chump"!!!!

I guess I'm lucky I have only met one person on the internet and he was very nice. so no didnt' have a problem that way. but that reminds m of a funny story. years ago my girlfriend was on this singles phone line where women don't pay and you can talk to men and if you click then you can set up a date to meet them. so she says to him what do you look like. he says im muscular build strong atheletic type brown hair and brown eyes. and then naturally he asked her what she looked like.. so off they go for there first date she's scared at the same time so ask me to come with her ( you never know first date if he's a phyco or something ) so we go to meet this guy. and sure enough there he is. big belly over his jeans as if he drank all the beer in the world ( thats his atheletic muscular build he says he had) and yep he had brown hair two streaks on both the side of his head the rest he was all balled and yep he had brown eyes but he had pop bottle glasses that magnifyed his eyes . and the glasses made him look really terrible. Poor guy but why lie he would have been better to be truthful. why set your self up to be hurt. now your all wondering what happened. naturally she excused herself to the ladies room and dragged me with her. and she freaked. but i told her to go out there and be a lady he came all this way and just enjoy the night best you can. so she did but never saw him again.

YES!!! Men lie! They "forget" to mention that the pic is 5 years old and they don't have teeth anymore! Or their teeth are black! I have had some unbelievable experiences. But I still keep doing it. And do they think we're not gonna notice things when we meet them? OMG!!!

I have, but you know what it really didn't matter, because they were a totaly great person. If you are not going to give them a chance for appearance you are going to endlessly set yourself up for problems. No matter how good a person looks now, they will get old.

usually ur supposed to exchange pics before that and someone how proved that they say who they say they are ( cam or a salut [pic of them with a sign that says their ID]) then after a LONG time meet them lol. even then, its a maybe.

Uhhhhh, ever heard of a web cam???? Insist on seeing them on cam first and this won't happen to you.

Yes, but my excuse for not pursuing her after meeting her was that she used to be a mormon, and then switched over to Wicca. :P *lol*
It sounds horrible, I know, but you HAVE to be physically attracted to the person for anything to work.

yea, i have. i looked at her picture, and it was disgusting, some big fat lady, with hair under her armpits, kinda looked like she had Don King in a head lock!!
