do you shave your pubic hair? and why do you do it? Do you anyone that shaves their pubic hair? and also, for those who shave the pubic hair, how do you avoid in grown hair? How do you avoid those rashes? and also, if I go to a physical check up, would it freak the doctor out?

It's very common these days. I seriously doubt the doctor would even think twice about it. You can buy special creams to prevent bumps and stuff. And it makes you feel much fresher. And really, who would want hair in their teeth anyway!?

I shave, only because I find it more comfortable.

I've never had an ingrown hair so I can't help you there. To avoide the rashes, always shave up, not down, and rub cream into it when it is done.

I don't think the doctor would freak out ... they have seen everything.

I do. I do it because I feel cleaner when I'm shaved. I don't know how to avoid ingrowns, I just don't get them. I don't get rashes either. My doctor has never been freaked out. Wow, I just answered alot of personal questions all at once!! :)
