It isn't that bad to eat alittle midnight snack. You shouldn't.. however, eat large portions of food though. If you wanna stop eating a lot before bed, just start eating carrot and celery sticks instead of the other food that you have been gorging yourself on before you get your beauty sleep. that way the carrots and celery is actually good for you, and is nutiricious and not a bag of chips that will hang on your gut forever. Once you start eating boring food before bed, you will most likely be able to give up eating food before bed at all.
Another solution is to eat breakfast early in the morning, a noon meal, and then a 6:00pm dinner. That way you will most likely be able to hold off on eating untill you wake up the next morning.
Good luck! I hope that my answer helped you.

Try having a light snack, perhaps some fruit, earlier in the evening. Although you don't say specifically if that is the case eating too much just before bedtime can prevent you from getting to sleep. If it is your figure you're worrying about don't shop for groceries when hungry then nibbles wont seem so tempting. Good luck!

Eating before you go to bed isn't as bad for you as everyone thinks it is. As long as you burn a certain amount of calories during the day, it really doesn't matter when you eat.
Although if you want to stop doing it, try drinking hot tea before you go to bed, it expands in your stomach and makes you feel full.

Weight pulling is tremendous exercising on your pitties. Take it from me I easily have 4. I easily have 2 adult males and 2 females. All 4 of my toddlers are leash educated because they are pities my hubby used a administration collar with the adult males being that they have a tendency to tug better than my females. Like someone stated the only probability that you're taking is they could finally end up pulling you once you walk them. My pits do this now and they don't extremely prepare to a lot with weights yet they run round lots and they are very muscular. often times at the same time as the pulling receives to a lot my husband shortens they are leash as a thanks to lead them to obey. also if the leash pulling receives to a lot harness preparation would artwork tremendous highly when you consider that your dogs continues to be youthful. My domestic dogs are 6 Months previous yet they are leash educated. Athena and Zeus who're the father and mom we educated them with harnesses the first couple of months yet they did not extremely take to them so administration collars the position the subsequent perfect component. one component you ought to do although is in case you'll start up letting you dogs weight prepare start up her off slow do not bypass to heavy to quick that way you'll circumvent the potential of any form of damage. i wish this helps take care.

Eat cucumbers, pickels, tomatoes, carrots, celery. Drink a glass of very cold ice water. Those foods may fill you and have very few calories. Good Luck! :)

yeah....close your mouth.
just eat a bigger meal and focus on NOT EATING before bed, chances are you're not hungry, just bored and your body is deciding to kill time by making you think you need to eat.
Try laying down early and reading a book instead.

Have a carrot or a celery srick with no dip.
Either you'll lose the habit, or it will not cause you any harm.

keep that food away from yourself...or eat earlier with some food that contain a lot of fiber...makes you fuller for a longer period, so you won't feel hungry before bed.
