They talk a big talk, but they would all come in illegally. Few of them would sit there on their rear-ends in poverty and see their mothers and sisters also living in poverty when they only need to walk across at great risk to their lives.

I swear a lot of dummies think (read the answers) that Mexicans could come in legally if they just chose to obey the laws.

This is totally stupid. Let me spell it out.

THEY COME IN ILLEGALLY ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY FOR THEM TO COME IN LEGALLY. WE DON'T LET THEM COME IN LEGALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One smart aleck said he'd get his green card. How droll! They can't get green cards, we only issue around 50,000 a year to Mexicans. THEY CAN'T GET GREEN CARDS, IF THEY COULD, THEY WOULD! GET YOUR HEADS OUT!

I think the principal problem here is that the ones that can do it legally have a good life in Mexico and they don't really want to go to usa, but the ones that are in need and want to come cant do it legally.

I'd get all the people that marched to Mexico City, like in the millions, and bring 'em up here to the good ole USA and take over and make all the dirty gringos slaves.

Oh wait, I already did that, except for the million Mexicans.

Dubya hath spokith!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously though, we will find out what it's like when global warming finally takes hold and we enter our next Ice Age and all the US is going to be knocking on Mexico's door. I wonder if they will learn the language then?

I would not cross. I would grab a pitchfork and aim at Fox. And cause a revolution for the mistreatment of my people. Overthrow the corruption and reinvent my corrupt home country to suit the people.
How about you?

if i was from Mexico, i would stay there if i couldn't get to the states legally. i do not like breaking the law. and if my country ever got bad enough were every one was leaving. I'd still stay. my ancestors lived off the land. if i had to i would do it to. kids would have to eat. I'd work the land.
if i ever decided to go to another country. i would go to australia. the folks there are cool.

Their are other cities in Mexico to travel to, and find work. I would try harder in my own country. Just like the people did here in the depression the traveled state to state looking for work, they didn't go running to Mexico. Their were bread lines, people throwen out of their homes, they didn't run to Mexico, they stayed home.

Not sure but I would probably illegally immigrate unless.....Bubba would actually shoot at me, the government placed an effective border fence, learn English, the US Government enforced an effective punishment to detour invasion. I damn sure wouldn't fly a Mexican flag or protest in the streets our demand anything!

We will ALL do whatever it takes to keep our families fed, clothed, healthy and with decent shelter....that's what MOST undocumented workers from around the world are doing here right now.
