That's good self-control.
You seem to be adopting a healthy lifestyle.
This can only benefit your energy level.
The exercise will strengthen your muscles.

I have done some reading on Crohns disease (I admit to my ignorance about it) which I've included for anyone else that may be interested:
Crohn’s disease is an ongoing disorder that causes inflammation of the digestive tract.
The most common symptoms of Crohn’s disease are abdominal pain, often in the lower right area, and diarrhea. Rectal bleeding, weight loss, arthritis, skin problems, and fever may also occur. Bleeding may be serious and persistent, leading to anemia.
The range and severity of symptoms varies.
People with Crohn’s disease often experience a decrease in appetite, which can affect their ability to receive the daily nutrition needed for good health and healing. In addition, Crohn’s disease is associated with diarrhea and poor absorption of necessary nutrients. No special diet has been proven effective for preventing or treating Crohn’s disease, but it is very important that people who have Crohn’s disease follow a nutritious diet and avoid any foods that seem to worsen symptoms.

From what I can see you need a healthy diet and dropping all those sodas is a great first step!
Good for you.

Clearer skin, less back aches, & headaches. You will also lose weight over time. Sodas can put a lot of fluid on your body (water weight) especially if you were drinking that many in a day. The only set back is that you may experience withdrawls. Kinda like when a drug addict stops cold turkey. If this happens you may want to go for caffinated tea instead of a soda and it shld help.

Good for you for making an intelligent decision!
You may not notice any physical changes but your body definitely will. Artificial sweeteners are toxic, and refined sugar robs your body of other nutrients. When I gave up caffeine I noticed that I had lost the highs and lows...that dragging feeling...then the charge...then the drag...another charge...over and over My days leveled out and I had more energy. Do be sure to keep hydrated with water. We may not always realize we're dehydrated but we tire more easily, and get headaches more often, when we are. Water helps flush toxins out of your body too. Good luck - living with Crohn's is not easy.

you'll notice that your less puffy. Soda has a TON of sodium in it which causes water retention as does caffine. Good luck to you :)
