if you just drink water for 5days and maybe drink milk! and run 4 mile a day. would you loss weight? how much?

Yeah, you'd lose weight. But I doubt that you'd keep it off. Your body will go into starvation mode. When you do eat your body will just store all of it and you'll end up gaining weight.

You will lose fluid only, and will wind up worse than ever. The WORST thing you can do is go without food. It messes up your metabolism . Slows it down. Worse yet, the more you go without your body will use the muscle instead of the fat. Bad! You should drink 6 to 8 8 ounce glasses of water a day. Take extra fiber to help stay regular. Eat lots of fruit and veggies and less meat. Excericise daily but don't do the same routine every day. Vary it that way your body will keep burning fat.

That's not a very smart diet, but sure you'd lose weight.

The best thing to do is look over what you're doing wrong in your diet, and fix that. If you're only a little overweight, cut out alcohol or a few snacks here and there. Replace them with water or fresh fruits. Add exercise, and you should be fine.

You would lose the percentage of your body weight that was maintained as "water weight"...and probably get put away for having anorexia - whether you do or not! You'll need to take vitamins too, and major ones, because you're not getting enough of ANYTHING (except calcium, in the milk if you drink it).

yes you would, but how much depends on your current weight metabolism, normal calories you intake, etc. Also dont plan on thinking clearly for those 5 days. If you have any ailments of the heart or blood you could seriously injure or even kill yourself. You should eat 5 light meals a day and exercise to do it right.

Yeah u may lose weight and your life!! This is NOT a good idea. You may want to at least drink a protein shake. When you fast like this you should stick to very light exercise such as yoga or pilates, but definitely not running.

Yes but you would also lose hair, muscle, and your teeth would get loose. It's not healthy to only drink water and exercise. Cut back on carbs and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water will help. You can eat and still lose weight.

You'd probably pass out trying to run without having any food in your system. After starving like that, when you did start to eat your body would store all the fat to prepare for the next "famine".

You will gain back any weight you lose because your metabolism will slow down and your body will begin to "eat" your muscles. your best bet is to eat several small healthy meals during the week and you will be able to lose a great deal and still be healthy

that is not a good plan !! it is not healthy to starve yourself you should eat small healthy meals several times a day and exercises and water is good but not without foods that nourish the body to give you strength to work out !!
