That's just it...God gave you the ability to see the beauty in yourself...however others may not see that view (*cough*). Vanity is thinking that others are not better looking (like me).

Pride cometh before a fall! You are made in God's image, how could you not be good looking, but we are supposed to remember that beauty is from the inside out.

Weird, if you had said you were ugly, people would respond "No you're not" "Everyone is beautiful" Because you said you were handsome, people make negative comments.
