I really want to do it just because I'm def for losing weight, plus figuring out what I want to eat is really hard, so I'd rather just drink a can of something instead.

I'm a size 6 and I do physical labor for 9 hours a day at work . . . and I usuallyrun two miles and lift weights after work . . . so I get plenty of physical activity, I just don't like eatting, and I'm always for being thinner

I used to eat lean cuisines but they "stop me up" if you get what I'm saying . . .

I tried to do it a long time ago. It didn't satisfy me. Not that I was starving, but the fact that I didn't EAT something for a meal felt odd. If you are having problems with portion control try having a lean cuisine for lunch and dinner. Add a salad with very little dressing. Have sugar free jello for dessert.

I have. You gain the weight back very fast after loosing it, but you sound like someone it may not work for. Being thin and a picky eater already, plus the amount of exercise you get, it may make you gain weight as soon as you stop. Instead, see a nutritionist to help you put a meal plan together, or try that website... I think it's Personal diet or something, but don't go for the Slim Fast.

It will give you diarrhea, but it will work! The problem will be when you go back to eating "normally" you will gain it back if you don't change your eating habits and learn nutrition. Kinda like doing homework only it's for your life instead of a grade!

yeah i have but got off it fast. Can eat a lot of raw vegtable....and many foods for the calories... in that little can. Go to the health food store they have better choices and more filling:-)

The best way to lose weight is to excersize. No program will work without it.

i did it ...it makes you lose lot's of weight but you can gain the double you are now...becarefull.....i would not do it again
