It depends. I for one will gain up to 4 lbs. during 'that' time of the month. So if I take water pills I'll lose that and maybe a couple more.

At that time of the month I used to gain alot in water weight Like ten pounds! I was always blown away at how much I would gain in a day and lose in another...
I think if you did something -like a fresh juice diet- that Flushed out the water weight you would notice a difference in the way you look and feel very fast.

Every pint you sweat takes off a pound. You could probably sweat off ten pounds as prize fighters used to do if they were out of their weight class before a boxing match. The problem is that after you are done sweating as soon as you take a drink it comes back on. So in the long run the answer is zero

You can lose anywhere from 3 to 7 lbs. It mainly depends on if you notice swelling anywhere on the body such as feet or hands.
