anti biotics - and quickly before the infection goes to the kidney.
Drinking a lot of water, or Cranberry juice if you can stomach it will help prevent other UTI. Eating a lot of natural yoghurt (greek yoghurt) is also supposed to help .
Stay away from coffee or tea for a while; these irritates the bladder. also limit your sugar intake (same reason as for coffee!)

You need to take antibiotics! You'll probably have to go to a doctor and have him test the urine before he gives you a script. Don't wait, because if it is not controlled, the infection can travel up your ureters and even cause a kidney infection.

It might not be a bad idea to flush yourself with cranberry juice, but that will NOT cure the UTI.

Go to the Doctor!!!
My family and friends told me to drink lots of Cranberry juice and to rest... Well it kept getting worse so i went to the doctor. I ended up with a bladder infection and a kidney infection, and was in the hospital for 2 days. He told me if i had just came in when the symptoms started i would have been fine... So don't but it off just go to the doctor and get it over with!!!

You need to go to the doctor so he can prescribe an antibiotic for the infection. Try to drink a lot of water to dilute the bacteria in the urine also.
