Love-true care! love is selfless lust is selfish--i could give you a sermon on this one-listen to the guy who does love, then talks on the emptiness of lust, and then on marriage-dont buy most of his marriage answers though-when 2 people love Jesus heart and soul-its trust in love and then in marriage -its like living with yourself-do unto others as you desire done unto yourself -even more so the one you marry-forgiveness is a key-david in Jesus amazing grace

Love lasts but lust passes with time. So I'd say that love is better than lust. Love coupled with passionate sex is the best.
Lust is just a physiological need while love is something universal and eternal. After an orgasm or two, man's lust goes away and may just come back after some time but true love which springs from a man's heart is lasting which may even live and thrive beyond forever.
