Why do you cover yourself whats there to hide(im not bashing you!) but it seems very degradable.Does it ever bother you that your being degraded?

I am a Hindu, and yes you mean Muslims. But even though I'm not a Muslim, I appreciate very much their devotion to modesty. I think the Muslim woman is very graceful. I've not yet ever heard a Muslim woman saying that she does not herself desire to wear a head covering. All the Muslim women I've met say that they do this by choice. It makes them feel like they are more than just "for show." They have a dignity that comes from within, and their worth is not only decided by their outward appearance.
Also, it is a devotion to the principles of their religion. The Qur'an prescribes a modest attire and a headcovering for the women, and they are being true to their beliefs.
I hope I've not misrepresented the view of any Muslims.

I was wondering why you said, "Hindu!" Their clothing is exceptionally beautiful.
I live near the Little India section of Toronto. Nothing makes me happier than wandering down the street looking into the shop windows. The fabrics are out of this world! Then, of course, there is the food. Can't go there without stopping in for something exotic for my taste buds!

Its NOT hindu women, they are Muslims. Their religion tells them to cover from head to toe. WHAT A LIFE. Poor muslim women.

Does it ever bother you that you are so ignorant. That their traditional, cultural dresses are designed that way. That they are not western dresses that just keep getting shorter and shorter. That everyone doesn't wan't to run around naked like you do.! Yes, let's all honour you by taking of all your clothes!
