Why do they want to stay, they don't want to learn English, they hate America, they don't want to assimilate, they are just here for the money they are the worst immigrants to ever come here. So you think it's right the longer someone stays here hiding and working and breaking the law at the some time, they should stay, if you are here illegally you are not allowed to work, well they are breaking that law to, so that is 2 laws they have broken, if they are found they should be deported it dosen't matter how long they have been here, one man from England was here for 20 years and still got deported. So why are they different.

No. That was a proposed change to law, but it didn't pass. Now the Senate is talking about changing that proposal to be that illegals can stay if they are working and paid taxes over some period of time, but no new bill has yet been drafted. It isn't clear if there is support to pass it, either.

well, the government is letting them stay, if that is what you are asking. Some police forces actually have rules prohibiting them from asking fro identification.
Do I think they should be allowed to stay? Why? Becasue they did a good job at breaking the law? No!

Illegal is illegal. Can a bank robber keep the money if he is not caught for 5 years?
Let's not get too carried away with this pro-illegal immigrant nonsense.
