Tonight I had a big plate of noodles with a shitload of red sauce and meatballs, with a big cup of milk, and some bread. Earlier I had 3 of those grands biscuits. Just now I ate a jar of salsa with a little over half a bag of tortilla chips, and 2 cups a milk.

If I go to the gym with all this food in me and try to get my heart rate up I'll probably die.

well, thats some diet.are you trying to gan weight. are you bloated, feelin chunky. you will only feel worse if you go to the gym, and why go, you can jump up and down in your own living room for free, and still enjoy the same diet that you love..............food, food, and more food

Sounds wonderful to me...wish I could eat all that! I love noodles...biscuits...salsa & chips...I'd pass on the milk, tho.

Let it settle a little before you try to work out. I had a cat once who ate like that, and then went over and stood on her hinds and propped her front feet against the oven door to 'pack down' so she could eat some more!

Did you make sure to put lots of butter on your bread and biscuits?
I think I would just go take a nap, let the food digest.
Then I'd get up and think about going to the gym.

you ate what you shouldn't - carb carbs carbs - that's what you ate. Did you have a whole wheat noodles at least? and whole wheat bread and biscuits?Did you drink non-fat milk? take a look at 12 foods you should eat to lose some weight - http://dietwithresults.blogspot.com

If you even make it to the gym- you'll probably be on the can the rest of the night! I'd say locate a good magazine now before it hits...

Well, better get your butt to the gym to work off some of that. (And damn, I'm jealous of guys. You can eat more because you are bigger, and have a greater percentage of muscle mass, on average, than us ladies.)
