Not cursing..Saying please and thank-you.. Respecting their parents and people that are trying to help them i.e teachers . This is not new, this is common sense.. Teaching them about safe sex, the dangers of drug abuse, STD's , teenage pregnancy, birth control, how they can succeed in life if they have education and a good work ethic. I could go on, but I think you catch my drift...

An inappropriate behavior is one considered to be outside the norm or regular social boundaries. For example, let's say a physician visited you in the hospital and he told you something you did not want to hear so you flip him off or tell him/her to get f*****. The appropriate way to handle this would be: Dr. I don't agree with you, can we talk more about this........I don't think you are hearing what I have to say. Our culture has boundaries and manners, some people tend to be rude first before they have even tried to work within the parameters of the system. There should always be give and take on both sides, if there isn't demand it, but do so within the cultural norms, and you will be acting appropriately. Perhaps a better example might be to ask yourself before you react to something----would I say this in church? Would I say or do this in front of my parents? Would I say or do this in front of my boss? Would I say or do this at my bank? If the answer is no then probably it is inappropriate. Hope this clarifies it somewhat for you.

It can be anything that anyone else considers rude. In today's world you can't say anything without someone whining.
