Right now, I have a medium hair length and I kind of just shake my head when I get out of the shower and then go from there, what do you think?

Short spiky hair always looks good in any guy, AND can look casual or professional.
Spiky not in individual strands of hair; spiky as in gelled up in small clumps. practice makes perfect :D
