do hand stand push ups? I can do them off a wall, but would love to be able to do them without a wall. I know it sounds weird. Thanks

Maybe try starting on the wall and then pushing off from the wall a little and gain your balance more and more. As you become more comfortable balancing on your hands you should be able to then do the push ups... of course contingent on that you've built up enough muscles from doing them against the walls such that you can support all of your weight.
