She's either lying to you, or her friends. Chances are it's you.
Call her out about it, give her a chance to redeem herself.
But in the end, you need to think about the fact that if she's lying about this, what she might lie about later.

She might say no so that you don't think she is slutty, but she also might be telling the truth, but letting you catch her talking about sex stuff so that you think she is more experienced than she tells you right out so that you will be curious and interested in her. Just ask her to tell you the truth. Don't be mad if she lied to just find out why she lied in the first place. In the same you need to be truthful with your past sex life. Just remember anything not told about your sex life can affect her too. Thing is that she might feel embarrass about who she slept with first.
