My mom is 43. Shes not old and wrinkly or anything. I think shes very beautiful. My guy friends call her a milf. But sometimes I wish she would just dress more "momly". I don't think its just accident that her skirts are short and she has way too much cleavage. She likes to parade around a lot, especially by my friends or school. Is she like in a mid-life crisis or something?

Sounds like she is hot and probably knows it. She is probably happy too that people/friends your age recognize that she is attractive. What better compliment could there be then being told by someone your daughters age that you are good looking.
Really just try and be happy for her and for yourself too, most guys will tell you they will look at the girl's mom that they are dating to see what their girlfriend might look like at mom's age. What I am getting at is since she is beautiful at 43, there is probably a great chance you will be also!

I am sure she loves the attention -- and that is OK, but since it is affecting you, I think you should try and talk to her about it - NO arguments ~ that will not get you anywhere. Let her know your guy friends call her a milf (I do hope you know what that means). I will say this though, 43 is definitely not old! I know many (and have dated many women older than 43 who are definitely "hot" as you put it, but they do dress appropriate, especially around their children. GOOD LUCK!

While I don't agree with her strutting around in skimpy clothes in front of your friends, I do know some people just get better with age, both men and women. There are allot of people who were plain when they were younger and the older they got the sexier and more attractive they got. Look at this way, you will probably do the same and one day when you are 40 you will have 21 y/o guys offering to buy you a drink b/c you are the sexy one.

No, no crisis. That's just the way she chooses to dress. I think it's great when a mother can look better in their daughters clothes and the daughter feels a little jealousy. That's why they call us milfs. When you get to her age you'll see.

Some women just are hot and that is hard to compete with even with youth.
I have seen a number of women who looked a lot hotter than their teen daughters.
Think in terms of Kim Cattrall, Janet Leigh or Raquel Welch.

Maybe she is trying to look nice for her husband or a boyfriend. She wants to look young. If it bothers you around your friends and at your school, you should tell her very nicely, "Mom, the teachers at our school dress a little more plain and the students aren't allowed to show that much... so I'd be more comfortable if you tried to dress more like a Mom when we are at school or around my friends.... even though you look FANTASTIC, and I hope I look as good as YOU when I'm your age!!!"

She's had a few more years to know how to adequately show her "stuff." She probably isn't experiencing a 'mid-life crisis", but rather is showing you that youth isn't everything and some things get better with age.

Never mind how your mom dresses. She has the right to look sexy, if she wants. Don't compare yourself with your mother who is grown up. You are young and it is a good thing. Experiment and come up with your own style that makes you look your best. You will grow up to be beautiful and sexy. Just wait and see.

They say to look at your girlfriend's mom to see what they will look like in 20 years. If mom is hot, guys should be lining up for a long tem relationship with you.
Beauty always fades, she is probably just enjoying her last throes of it, try to bear with, it will pass...hopefully before it is too late !!
