I am a straight male that has shaved his legs before during coolder months. I am not gay I just like the look and feel of silky smooth legs looks much cleaner. I am wondering How I can get my wife to accept me doing this. I am also wondering how to go about telling her that i like to do this cause of all the stereo-typs with guys shaving legs.

It's not a big deal,allot of guys don't like the hair on their legs and shave it or wax it off. Just tell your wife. Shaving your legs has nothing to do with being gay. Good luck

i find that most women wont really care that you shave your legs. your wife may give you a little joking comment now and then, but you may find she prefers you that way too !
i say, just tell her, and its not as big a deal as your making out!
but if your still uncomfortable with it, tell her your training for the next olympics, riders, runners, swimmers and many other male competetors shave their body hair in order to minimise resistance (although its not as common now with those new all-over suits)

There is nothing wrong with shaving your legs. My boyfriend happens to be very hairy. It bothered me alot but I never said anything. Until one day I touched his arm and felt stubble. So I asked him if he shaved his arms. He was reluctant to tell me but Yes he was. I was very happy to hear it and offered to wax the back of his hands and his back. :) I think we are both happier with the results and we spend some quality time during his waxing sessions. :)

if she knows you then she will know you are not gay, and plenty of men like to be smooth and silky too, its just not always talked about. Theres no reason why she shouldnt accept it, just tell her you like it, just the way she may like shaving hers

you try giving her an example the body builders do this to show off there body's clearer to the judges and there definition.
Or just tell her you think you have nice legs and wish to have them smooth looking when wearing shorts or doing things at the gym.
just don't start dressing up in womens clothes you'll really shock her then.

Lots of athletes do it (swimmers, cyclists, etc) Maybe you could tell her you're doing it for sports performance reasons. Think she'd buy it ?
