I've been doing Atkins for exactly one week today. My ketosis strips were starting to turn very dark pink almost purple. Well I just tested again this evening and they are back to being very pale pink!! I have not cheated at all, the only thing I can think of is I did drink A LOT of water this evening, way more than usual. Could my urine have been dilluted or something and that is why??
I'm seriously so upset!

Take it easy... a couple of things could have happened- yes you could have diluted your urine or you could have a bad test strip.

Re-test tommorrow :)

It happens.
