yes you can.!! They sell "do it yourself" circumsize kits, ( at the bucher shoppe) and you'll save alot of money. Lots of Luck!

Is it possible... yes. But please don't. Consider the extreme pain you will be infliction upon your self and the unsanitary conditions that could lead to infection. You need a professional who can do it correctly... and give you pain meds!!
