I lost like ten pounds over a month and a half. I'm kinda skinny and my body just doesn't hold weight. It was all muscle weight from playing basketball and the moment I stopped working out, it all went away.

16 pounds in a month. I just ate steamed potato ONLY from the time i woke up until 5pm. And i just ate apples for night if i was hungry. I felt so tired, i got anemia, and headache. But it worked!

14 pounds. I worked out 5 days a week. I also reduced my carbs. I ate grilled meat and lots of veggies. No bread, pasta, potatoes or sodas. Nothing with sugar.

14lbs I was on slim fast. I did not drink sodas. Only water and apple juice. Also, I only ate dinner, and drank 1 shake for breakfast and 1 for lunch.
