Definitely someone that doesn't. The mere smell of smoke makes me gag, and I mean cigarette smoke from a distance, mostly because I can't breathe properly for about ten seconds after the smell passes.

I would rather have someone who doesn't smoke but my husband smokes, as long as they brush their teeth on a regular basis it's not that bad.

I definitely prefer non-smokers.

I'm allergic to smoke. If I happen to have a cold, smoke is physically painful to smell.

And with smokers' breath you get the death-stench from their damaged lungs along with it. :P
